From the time I first applied for an apartment, management was extremely helpful with the process of being accepted and moving in in a timely manner.
I lived at Whittell for two years and every maintenance request was handled within a day.
The staff from management to maintenance was courteous and efficient.
An example is when the light in my microwave unit became defective, someone was at my door to install a replacement within two hours.
The grounds were kept up impeccably as was the pool.
The noise level was well within acceptable limits for a development of this size.
Overall I would rate Whittell Pointe a 10 on a scale of 1-10.
