Where do I start'!' Let's first start with GHETTO. Then let's follow up with MOSQUITO-INFESTED DRUGGIE DIVE. Oh it's BAD, and the management is the worst I've ever experience in my 25 years in Reno and Sparks. When I've been inside the nasty hell-hole they call the laundry room, people have come up and asked me if I knew which apartment was the best for scoring crack. My toddler daughter was with me too... NO JOKE! The grounds are disgusting (garbage, graffiti, empty alcohol bottles, and even a needle or two). The playground for kids in covered in graffiti, and the pools stink of urine and are often closed for some reason or another. One time everyone in the complex received a letter from Sherry (the manager) where she ordered everyone to take down their Christmas decorations or else she'd FINE THEM. January wasn't even over yet! She is a terrible manager and needs to be fired, but I don't think that will ever happen (she must be a relative to someone). Take my and everyone elses advice (except for the fake reviews written by Sherry), and get as far away from this dump as possible!

I am really confused. I agree with the review of the apartments, I broke my lease to move from there in March but Sherry is not the manager and hasnt been for several months. The manager is Jason Olsen. If you are going to attack someone dont you think you should have all the -correct- facts, otherwise it just lessens your whole point.

Hey dumbass, Sherry WAS the manager when we lived there (2007), so what are YOU blathering on about? Look at the dates listed idiot, before YOU judge from your lofty perch above the rest of us. SHERRY WAS THE MANAGER WHEN WE LIVED THERE. There, does that help if I repeat it a second time? Oh wait, that'd be a THIRD time counting the original review. Amazing... guess it would have been worth it for you to graduate high school after all, huh...? Imagine that. READ and THINK before you start mouthing off or it just may get you in trouble one day. What a dumbass.

Although some of the comments about Willowbrook may have been true when Sherry was the manager I can tell you that things have changed and continue to get better since Sherry was fired and Jason took over in April.

I have been at Willow Brook for two months since July 2008 and although Jason (new manager) is very nice from previous reviews I dont see changes. I'm already looking to break my lease the misquitose alone I'm so bit up on my legs and arm I'm suprised I have not gotten West Nile, I did ask about spraying for masquitose and they said they do but never seen it done. The neighbors are ghetto and loud, no respect for there neighbors. Seen a fist fight the first month there between two neighbors and another person yelling at her daughter (who had to be 20 years old)at the top of her lungs while drunk and then her daughter stoping her from getting in her car. I'm sorry the place is still the same from previous reviews.
