They have a high vacancy rate and while they promise roommates, you might not get any. Sounds like a great deal, until you get 100% of the utility bill. Mr. Manager says to budget $40 per month, better plan on at least $100.

If you violate the rules they will evict you but will expect you to pay all rent due on the lease - yes, that could be $4000. There is not much of a warning system.

The rooms are in good shape, the common areas in the apts. can be filthy. The managements idea of "cleaning" is they contract a maid service for 1 hour. Thats it, 1 hour to remove a years worth of grease and grime in all common areas.

This is a nice place that is safe and convenient to Nev. campus, but be aware of what you might encounter.
