This place is horrible. The management is the worst you can find. I am a 4.0 student and they treat everyone like they are a hoodlem trying to vandalize the place. They walked in on me, "showing my unit to a potential renter," while I was in my bedroom sleeping in my underwear. YOu would think that is illigal...but unlike most places..they do not have written in the lease that they have to give you warning before walking into your unit. NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!

Read NRS Codes 118A 350 to ll8A 520. No, it is not legal for them to enter your room while you are wearing underwear, and in bed, as this is unreasonable. They do have to warn you, that they are coming in. Just put "Nevada Tenants Remedies," into your search engine, and they will automatically come up. If they lose at small claims court, they have to pay the costs. So, when you leave, be sure to include the clauses of your lease agreement in a letter, plus the NRS Codes that they did not live up to. That really scares them, in lieu of them thinking they can hide the law and intimidate YOU. Most landlords only put in the laws that give them all of the power, over the tenant, and they purposefully omit the laws that favor and protect the tenant. Now you know where they are. Landlords won't automatically teach you or give you your rights. Every leasing tenant has a remedies. Become familiar with them. When you move to a different state, and if you are forced to lease, the first thing you do, is read each state's laws on Tenent Remedies, and scrutinize you lease agreement against them. Your landlord won't autmatically give them to you, Mr Student. Even saavy professionals have been stuped. Good Luck to you now, and in the future. May this information make a better future, and contribute to you education.
