Okay,
If you move into this piece, you are obviously NOT smart enough to BE in COLLEGE! It's mostly like a minimum security prison what with quiet hour fines and the warden who walks around all the time poking her head into your business. The people who live here are invariably psychos. One girl called the police and had all the roommates fill out police reports because her rice-a-roni was missing. Oh, and they put restraining orders against you if you move out....(or so they say). The place is constantly burning down and the cars vandalized.
The managers are the worst I've ever encountered. They barge in whenever they want and they tell you to do dishes and things. The onsite manager is a raging psycho b----!
The leases are set up unfairly. Make sure you read the back if you're dumb enough to move in, because you basically get screwed in the butt by it. They cover their bases, albeit illegally. The statement at the bottom even says that some of the things are illegal. They keep most if not all of your deposit, and will probably charge you more when you do end up escaping.
All in all this is the worst place anyone could ever hope to live. However, if you enjoy crazy roommates, psycho managers, shady business deals, fines for behavior of messes, and a permanent babysitter then I highly recommend it. Just don't say you weren't warned!!

You need to put Nevada Tenant's Rights into your search engine. All tenants have remedies to move out. No landlord has a complete choke hold on anyone. Read NRS Codes 118A 320 to NRS codes ll8A 520. A restraining order if you leave??? Two weeks not fixing a problem, even hot water, can get you out in 30 days. What makes you think college graduates aren't taken advantage of. In one apartment complex that I lived in, the manager said that, "If we were doing anything wrong, we have lawyers that live here that would tell us." Well, people read tenant's remedies and had U-Haul trucks taking them out on a weekly basis. Maybe the so-called lawyers moved out first! Do you think Wolf Run is going to advertise all of the small claims court cases that they lose, to wise you up? Do you think they will send you a letter or put notice on bulletin or something, for every tenant they have lost too, or they will automatically put tenant's rights clauses, into your lease agreement. Most of the time, apartment owners leave out tenant's right laws, and only put in landlord's rights, into intimidating you to believing they have all of the money power. They know college students still aren't smart, yet, for the most part. But, to be fair, I have known many people who you would think would be smarter, believe every single thing their landlord writes and says, until they compare their lease agreements to the actual state laws and remedies. Always take a cheap box camera, and take up closeups of the carpet and walls when you move in and when you leave. Document every incident and compare your lease agreement to these laws. Compare your lease agreement to Nevada Landlord Tenant Laws. You cannot be charged for normal wear and tear in Nevada, and carpets and paint are meant to last about three years, if any, and no more. Your are income property to them. They don't want you too smart! If your parent is a co-signer, include them on what you learn about Nevada Law, and don't act until you can corner managment to your advantage.
