I've been a resident at Wolf Run for about two years now and never had a problem with the guidelines they've posted for tenants. Extreme negative feedback given to this property are highly exaggerated.
Granted, if you're looking for more isolation, you're better bet is to seek a single, or find roommates of your own. However, if you're like me, and didn't have time to do such a thing, then this is a good option for students

People have had roomate issues, long before you went to college, and they will have roomate issues long after you are gone. People have had questionable landlord issues, long before you were born, and will have them long after you die.
The next time, you may not be so lucky, as a great roomate is a jewel. Always know your state statutes, tenant landlord remedies where ever you go. May you always be so fortunate. It is a business to your landlord, to try to get money from you any way he can.
