I lived at wolf run for about a year and a half. The only reason I moved out was because I moved in with my boyfriend to a place that would be cheaper for the both of us. Maintenance is wonderful, they are really on top of things and they will even help you move your furnature. I had to move out of the first house I lived in because the roomates and I didn't get along, and they completely understood, they helped me move, and they even tried their hardest to move me somewhere that would best fit me. If I could I would move back in there. Granted that it is in the ghetto and your car is in danger of getting broken into (I never had it happen) but you get that nearly everywhere you go...after I moved out my whole car was stolen out of my new appt. complex.

The management is willing to work with you if you have a problem paying rent, free DSL and cable and local phone, and your OWN bathroom!

All appt. complexes have their problems but I think WRV is one of the places that really tries to help with the problems instead of not caring.

If you are looking for a place to party, you shouldn't come here, if you are a serious student then it is a definate place to study. They will not stand for parties, and they will not stand for immature "students" living off of mommy and daddy. (which is who I brand those individuals who left the bad reviews).

All in all it was a great experience for me.
