I recently left Wolf Run Village to go to Sterling Univeristy thinking it would be great to be in a new housing delvopment. I was very excited at first. After being at Sterling for one week there have been many arrest for drunkeness and fighting. I am afraid to walk to my apartment when I get off work at night. No one responds to any calls or complaints of noise or fights that are going on in the parking lot. As of 8/24/04 I went back to Wolf Run Village and put my name on the waiting list. I felt like I was at home there. They have an excellent mgt team and maintenance. There onsite manager Theresa is a excellent person. Does not allow any of these things to happen to us there. Her faimly make you feel at home along with watching over all the tenants that live there.

What ever it is, that this Theresa has going, could she advertise herself as a consultant to the other aparment complexes in the Reno area, that say they cater to the college kids, when there is noise and parties and fights. but still rent to older people, and people with families, and these complexes are really not at all considered college dorms.
Everyone loves the tenant student mouse. There just aren't enough of them like yourself to rent to, but the other type who bother and drink and party and make noise, once away from mommy and daddy.
