I moved in the end of the 2002 school year and the place was crazy! Live Bands, Fireworks in the parking lots, Dumpster fires, guys on skateboards destroying furniture in the parking lots. But the management had just changed and they told me to be patient changes were on the way.
Boy were they not kidding, as a mature person on this property I was not looking forward to spending the next year with a bunch of ill mannered drunks. Tons of people moved out over the summer, they totally redid the inside of my house, and my new room mates were informed (stongly) of the rules before they moved in and let know that the previous "party place" reputation was gone.
Things were a bit crazy when school started but management was out there telling them to either be quiet or go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure they evicted some people, and we got some notices about how high the fines were that were handed out some weekends, but as new people moved in it got quieter, especially for the mature residents. It got so much better over the year, that I stayed the next too.
By the time I was ready to move out of state this june, everything had changed. The offices were redone, bright and fun (pool table, big screen tv, love sacs, tanning bed, coffee bar for those mornings you just cant afford starbucks, and computers in the office so that you can check your email while you wake up. I had dsl FREE, and could use it in peace and quiet whenever I wanted. I met some really nice people who were moving in too. I already had out of state plans or I would have stayed longer.
Where I am now there were riots and fires outside of some of the student housing the weekend before school and last week there was a death on campus from alcohol poisoning. I cant find anything like Wolf Run anywhere, and really wish I could.
Too bad for other students that they dont have places in other states!

Read the dates on these reviews. How can the place deteriorate so bad in three years, after you wre there? and be so bad before you came?
Nothing else like this one apartment complex??? You haven't been away from home long, have you? Always look up your state's tenant rights. For example, put into your search engine, "California Tenant's Rights, Nevada Tenant's Rights, in every single place you live. In California, for example, when you leave, management has to give you receipts before they keep your deposit, on exactly what was done to your aparment, whether the cheap maintenance man, or acme me glass does the work. THEY HAVE TO SPECIFY EXACTLY WHO DID THE WORK AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS. Don't think they don't try to make a profit off the repairs along with fining, too. They just cannot keep your deposit. Any small claims court judge would make a Nevada landlord supply actual receipts in a dispute, too, but you have to push it, so be real, you may be lucky, never gewt taken, or again, this review sounds like was sponsered by management at Wolf Run...Lol...lol...lol...!
