First off, whoever is writing the positive reviews has not lived there and has not dealt with the management. I would wager any 5.0 from this apartment would be from the apartment managers themselves.

They treat you like criminals. Any problem you have, you will have to deal with it yourself. People park in your spots incessantly, and if you have to park outside the complex, your car will be broken into immediately.

This place is a total nightmare. They pick random people to live with you. You get no input whatsoever. Drug deals going on in your own house' No problem to them!

Even when you move out and you think you are free from the terrible curse that is wolf run village, they send you a bill in place of your deposit check so that they can upgrade the crappy carpet in each "townhouse".

Don't let the management fool you. They are criminals and I hope the hammer comes down on them hard some day. If you value your money, your life, and your university career, stay far away from this terrible place.
