I moved in after living in the dorms and in general, I liked living at WRV. Of course, there are some downsides, just like any other apartment complex. The managers have a tendency to be invasive, but I liked them. The lease is for a year and the rules tend to be a bit strict, but if you aren't much of a trouble maker, then this place will work out for you. I've noticed that my roomies who complained the most about living at WRV were the ones who partied and were loud and obnoxious. WRV is a no-party complex, so of course they were unhappy. I'm more studious and enjoyed being at Wolf Run and had no problems at all here. Plus, I really grew to like the management as they were so nice and eager to help out.
So if you are the type of person who is more into peace, quiet and a good study environment, I really recommend Wolf Run.

Make sure their invasiveness doesn't break the laws in tenent's right's covered in NRS Codes 118A 320 thru ll8 A 520. They cannot enter your apartment under any conditions, and since you will be going out into the mean mean world, where you will still be taken advantage of by people who think they can get away with it if you are a naive malleable college graduate, always familiarize yourself with your state Landlord Tenant Laws, and learn up front, that the Better Business Bureau is just a side track off the main information.
