The apartment and the office staffs are really not as nice as it looks like.
The deafining is bad,
I can even hear my roommate talking on the phone while both of us are in our rooms.
I feel like we have no privacy in our own rooms.
The office staffs go to our apartment very oftenly.
They just open your door with the keys in their hands,
go to our living room without any agreement or acknowledge.
The office staffs are friendly, only at the time when I pay them my rent.
If you want to live in,
you have to sign up an one year contract,
plus two-month deposit,
which could insure the income of the landlord in the summer;
if you don't finish your contract,
you have to pay $275 to the office.
Besides those fee above,
every resident has to pay $100 extra fee.

Your obviously mis-informed or on something. I've been here three years and never heard of this happening nor ever had a problem. Plus, look at your lease, you've got your facts wrong. Anyone reading this should check it out for yourself, this is a great place to live and I just resigned for another year!

I agree with you, this place sucks. don't live there. they used to enter my room at least 3 times when nobody is at home.
