STAY AWAY - ISSUES, ISSUES

I moved in after living in the dorms for a year. I'd move back to the dorms in a heartbeat after living in WRV. At first the managers were fine - unstable, spacey, no communication between the husband and wife, but fine.
However whenever I complained about problems with housemates nothing was done and was told to deal with it myself. In the spring 2008 I did deal and got told that my lease wasn't being renewed because of the conflict that took place with a housemate. However the managers refused to listen to both sides when in realty this housemate was physically threatening and intimidating to the point that she was about to push me down the stairs.
There were issues with heating, bugs/ants and outside noise due to the poor construction of the units and management does nothing. Safety is now a primary concern in the complex as there have been quite a few burgleries into students rooms through the windows and from the inside the units.
The management places students anywhere there is a room available regardless of personalities and/or life styles. The units are revolving doors of students. The costs are high. Utilities are billed two months after the fact even after you move out. Don't expect to get any deposit back as they will be invoicing you for anything and everything. The kitchen applicances are very old and do not work properly and management does nothing. There is adequate parking however your guests/friends must part on the street.
Definitely find another place to live!
