Im going to be short sweet and to the point. Me and 8 other people I have conversed with in this place did not get their deposit back. They are full of crap and you will be charged for the most ridiculous things imaginable. Also this manager is really dumb he fell for one of those Nigerian Pyramid schemes - you know the ones where you get a letter saying you have a dead relative that left you millions in NIGERIA!!! He sent them a 30,000 dollar check .... WHAT A DUMB ---

The worst management imaginable ! This wife and husband duo do nothing but charge you for everything. The rent is a little high for having to share with four other people. The rules are worse than the dorms. They do nothing but play a game of favorites with tenants and charge who they feel like. They are for sure doing something illegal. DONT SIGN A LEASE !!! You are better off in the dorms !
