After almost 2 years here, we have been told the apartments are being sold as condo's and unless we buy, we have to leave. But not until THEY decide when and give us eviction notices...we aren't being let out of our lease to move now. In the meantime, we are having to put up with ripped out porches, torn up parking lots (haven't had covered parking we pay for since snow storm in Jan and have to fight for a parking spot each and every day) and inattentive management. If you are contemplating renting from Wood Chase be aware they are less than 30 days away from starting to sell the apartments off as condos and you will have to move, signed lease or not, when they decide it's time for you to go.
