My husband and I bought a condo here because we love the area, and the upkeep of the grounds is really impressive. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fireplace and valted ceilings. We've yet to see any "gang" activity and have not heard about any crimes in this complex. I think the fact that the condo's were put up for sale made a few renters a little upset, thus the extreme negative comments....
