We have been here for 2 long yrs and leaving next month.Thank God.The office is a 100% JOKE.Managers and all. They will look at you as if you were holding up two heads if you dare walk in their office or call.I don't appreciate feeling like a burden at the place I'm SUPPOSED to call home.Forget about maintenance
(I never saw the same weirdo twice)just recently waited 7 or 8 days for them to replace a broken plastic cap(cheap appliances) for the shower to turn on or off. Thin walls lead us to believe there was a herd of elephants living next door. Very promiscuous elephants might I add. Ive heard plenty of things I hope to never hear again. Once again the office doesn't do anything.Alot and I do mean Alot of druggies have come and gone.Almost forgot about two car stereos that were stolen. No security.
Our down stair's tenant with the full time dog on patio (heater in dog house during winter) the smell in this heat is just sick and the Boom Boom music was the absolute icing on the cake for us.
Then again I'am just a renter.

I, too, had a car stereo stolen while I lived at Wood Chase. I was one of the "removed" renters last October since I didn't want to buy my unit when they went "Condo". Six months later they were renting again after forcing us to move out! Oh, and just last week, after having been vacated for 10 full months, they had the balls to send me a BILL for the apartment cleaning! It's not my damn fault they need money because they kicked out all of their revenues for the quick buck sale that never happened. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

I would say unless vehicle's are getting broken into on a continous basis at one specific area that that can happen to anyone anywhere. So a stereo being stolen really has nothing to do with how an apartment complex is ran. As for getting a bill to clean up "your" mess I wouldn't say it's because they need money, it's because you should learn to clean up after yourself and that should be at nobody's expense but you own. I personally used to love living there and as a matter of fact I know someone who bought there and I think they're doing just fine.
