Quiet Living

I lived at Wood Chase for 2 years. In the time that I lived there, I never had any complaints. The community is always quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and the staff has always been of great assistance! Since the complex has gone "Condo" I think that the community has gotten better, because now we have more home owners in our community. The staff has always kept us well informed of the community change and accomidated us so that we did not have to move off property. There have been several investors that have purchased units to rent out and the office has made it so we rent from them so that we can stay. Woodchase still manages the property under Rodaki Management as well as continue to sell the condos. It's sad that some people right horrible reviews when they are upset about something but not enough people write when they are content. Wood Chase really is a good community to live in!
