I have lived here for almost 6 months and I love it. I have seen a lot of old renters say they came back after seeing all the changes here. The new management is great and really gets to know you personally. Parking was a problem but you can tow people for free and now they are going to permit parking so you don't have to lift a finger. We have a security patrol that is here whenever the office is closed. I've seen then several times. It's good to feel safe! The maintenance is great too! Most all work is done same day or the next. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good, safe neighborhood and a friendly staff. They throw a lot of resident events and hold neighborhood watch meetings even after business hours!

Since the managment took over, things have gone to hell. The manager "Andre" does not lift a finger to settle or mediate problems like noisy obnoxious neighbors with loud music, screaming, loud thumping etc., and the maintanance is slow and half hearted. Also, when you talk to the office staff, they blow off your concerns (Complaints?) by saying they let "Andre" know. That security company they say they have? WRONG! Diplomatic Security, has suspended Woodside Village's account...no security! The staff does care about your problems...just that your rent is paid on time. Reno PD will not respond to any calls unless it is a crime, as it is the responsibility of Woodside Village to mediate these things, and they won't. I suggest if you want to live here, you cite Woodside Village to court to enforce their "Lease Agreement".
