To all women considering moving to this complex - DON'T DO IT !!! - There is a maintenance man working and living here. Short, gross looking, married with 4 small children (if you can imagine that!!!) This guy has been preying on women ever since he moved here. He is nothing but a menace with the mentality of a junior high school locker room peeping tom. This MORON has been reported to the management several times but I guess they consider a SEXUAL HARRASER appropriate enough to work in a community setting around women and children. There was a raping and stabbing here a few years ago that I was not aware of until I read other reviews. When I read that it didn't surprise me at all why they allow this maintenance man to remain in the complex. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE WOMEN HERE !!!! JUST DON'T MOVE HERE. IF YOU'RE GOING TO PAY RENT YOU SHOULD SPEND IT WHERE YOU CAN BE SAFE !!!

to anonymous MAYBE YOU should move it sounds like you have issues the maintanence here is great the only moron is you, so why are you still here maybe you should look in the mirror stop judging before you know anything the man works here and has a family and honestly l don't think he,s a threat to any one much less women I think you have a BIG problem with men not every man is a threat and I don't think this maintanence man is like I said maybe you should move and grow up it sounds like your very inmature and insecure. from someone whos been here a long time.

Wow: That's pretty harsh! lady, I'm assuming you are a lady I know all the maintenance people here, they are nice and hard working. I've met him and his family, I've known them for some time,and lady you are way off. You couldn't find a better maintenance man or family man, He's great and hard working. HE IS NOT A SEXUAL HARRASER (IMAGINE THAT)! Where did you get this stuff out of a book. Man lady you need help! AND how do you know what he was like in school, I'm postive you were't there,so why don't you leave the guy alone (And his family).They don't even know who you are and I'm postive they don't want to know.I've known this guy and his family way before they moved here.work out your own problems before making one for someone else,you are so wrong,Someone who knows.
