We moved into Zephyr Pointe when the apartments were "brand new" and lasted a mere 7 months before escaping. Our children were not able to go barefoot in the apartment because of the carpet nails that tore their feet up; the apartments were poorly constructed and had continual problems. Drawers broke in the kitchen, closets came off hinges and couldn't be fixed, and maintenance didn't exist. They locked the pool and the office early if they didn't feel like working, leaving us unable to access the workout center or pool in the evenings. The management was unavailable and it was a horrible experience. You can do much better for your money...these are slums in the making!!!
