This place is horrible. Sure the management is friendly, but they are complete idiots. The rent is fair and the place is well kept, but the problems with managment, parking, noise, and unfriendly neighbors completely ruined the experience. I really wish I hadn't moved in. The major issue I had was during my walk through before I moved out. The manager did my walk through and told me everything looked great. She told me I would recieve my complete deposite back and seemed very pleased I had kept my apartment very clean. She told me there was no need for my pictures I took before I moved in or my damage report from before I moved in. Right there I started to get a little suspiscious. I then signed a paper saying I did my walk through and left. Then a month after I left I got a paper in the mail saying I owed 900 dollars! They said they had to replace all of the carpet. This was so unusal that I went back and asked to see the unit to see if they actually replaced the carpet. They told me I couldn't. So then I asked to see the reciept from the company that replaced the carpet... they didn't have that either. There was no proof that the carpet was replaced and I was completely out of luck because they said they couldn't find the paper that I signed for my walk through. So they screwed me out of my 700 dollar deposite plus 900 for "new carpet". Seriously, this was the worst mistake I have made in a while. I should have never rented this place. I hated being up all night because of the noisy tennants and the management were completely stupid and unhelpful. Plus parking is DANGEROUS!!!!!! People park in your covered spot, and if you park in uncovered sometimes people vandalize your car. I saw it all the time. Parking is sooooo hard to find. People will have a party and leave many cars outfront which left me walking from walgreens at least once a week. If you have to park here you have to get home before 4pm, or there will be NO parking.

Honestly beware of this place. This is NOT the place you want to call home. It's dangerous and they steal your money. All the hastle is NOT worth it. Don't be fooled, this place is HORRIBLE!

I had a great experience with the manager and this apartment complex while I lived here. They were attentive to all my needs and the grounds were kept very clean. Upon move out the manager was very up front with me about anyy charges they always charge like carpet cleaning unless I provided a reciept it had been done. ai would recommend this complex to anyone. Can'y beat the quality for the amount you pay in rent.

Hmmm...Cherbonne, your name is so very close, wait, exactly the same as one of the manager's best friends. Interesting especially since you probably never lived in affordable housing in your life. People, beware of the fake posts to counter act renters giving honest opionions. And renters giving honest opionions, keep up the good work. As a management professional with nothing to hide, I think this website is wonderful and can be a great asset to both the renter shopping for their new home and the apartment community staff to learn where they need to LISTEN to the people they SERVE and try to do better. After all, renters are the reason you even have a job, stop treating them like crap.

I agree the manager is a worthless pile! The manager sucks. The apartments are nice and affordable. When you move, you pay like crazy to get your deposit back. The property claims to replace things, but I actually knocked on the door of my old rented apartment and asked the tenant if I could go in and look around.....upon doing so I found that Zephyr point lied and didn't replace what the help my deposit for. I've got a case and an attorney.
