Not happy - I love my apartment for the most part. The kitchen is very small, NO storage, and the walls have mold growing on them. The kids in the complex throw rocks at cars and other kids, steal bikes and pick on the little kids. Granada is pretty good - There is now an on-site management team at Granada. There are now community activities. The recreation room is open for daily tenant use.
