NOT A BAD PLACE TO RENT BUTIF YOU HAVE KIDS AND OR PETS BEWARE. MANAGEMENT WILL BE NICE UNTIL YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE. FROM A PARENTS STANDPOINT, OFFICE STAFF IS REAL SARCASTIC AND NOT VERY NICE TO THE KIDS WHO LIVE THERE.
AS FOR HAVING PETS....I WOULD REALLY BE CAUTIOUS.
I WISH I COULD SAY SOME NICER THINGS BUT I MOVED BECAUSE OF THE CHILD ISSUES.

children are a big issue here if you let your kids run around doing whatever the ---- they want than yes there will be some issues
