FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I guess I'm the only one so far that had a bad experience with Canyon Vista but it happens. They kept my deposit and charged me extra for cleaning the carpet. The apartment was left very clean so I can't help not being frustrated. They put a collection on my credit for $500.00 and never wanted to try to work it out. It has ruined my credit.

Beware of how much you put up for deposit because you won't get it back.
