Read before you Rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   When I moved in my apartment was filthy - even though the office was told they never did anything to rectify the situation. The maintenance man came into my apartment and literally yelled in my face because my windows wouldn't close and he didn't want me to say anything to management and I had. The apartment was INFESTED with spiders. They would crawl on me and my children while we were in bed. Numerous break-ins into our vehicles in the parking lot. My own vehicle was broken into once, my neighbors had more than one vehicle broken into. I have never had such a bad apartment experience - "luxury apartments" NOT!
