WAYYY TO EXPENSIVE

When I moved in, I was happy because my spouse and I were leaving other apartments where our car was broken into and all was stolen. We were happy for about two months until we started noticing EARWIGS EVERYWHERE. We had to buy bug spray and spray it oustide everywhere. We live right on the edge of Baring--our patio faces the street and it is LOUD. We pay $860 (its $850 for downstairs & $860 for upstairs, plus $20 pet rent)...pet rent, so $890/month.

Tack strip started coming up near bathroom and kitchen entrance. They hammered it down, yay. Garbage disposal breaks every other week and they refuse to give us a new one. There are numerous defects in the drywall and the wall outlits can be pulled in and out. TERRIBLE construction for such a HIGH HIGH PRICE. Not worth your money. OH! And did I mention our car was broken into AGAIN!?!??! And our parking spot is right by the office. So much for the "24 hr security" morons. They dont do much but walk around picking their butts, apparently.
