Dont Do it don't live here. I did. They got me on a move-in special. It was very expensive and too many dogs shitting everywhere.

One cold winter a pipe in my apartment wall burst and my apartment flooded. It was before office hours when I discovered the disaster. I called the emergency line and no body ever called back. Finally I got a hold of the office and they took their time sending over a couple of guys with these big blower machines that you couldn't even hear over. They set them up on my dime full blast and left. Days went by and my floors were still soaked.

I called back the manager and asked what was going to happen and she did not seem very concerned. Finally, I had enough and went off on her. I said the least they could have done was set me up in a hotel until the mess was cleaned up. Afterall, I did pay $900.00 in rent and couldn't even enjoy my apartment. After throwing a ----- they gave in and moved me to a 1 bedroom unit but would not cut me any breaks on rent. I felt they should have applied the $900 towards new rent and they disagreed and evicted me. Not only did they do that but tried to sue me and got a judgement for $2,000. The only reason they got it was because I was not even aware I was being sued and was not present in court. This judgement has been on my credit for 5 years now and has defamated me. ---- YOU EASTLAND HILLS YOU"LL NEVER GET A DIME!!! Don't ever live here or you'll be sorry!!!
