Not Too Bad From: mlgoesch@hotmail.com Date posted: 12/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   The property is older but the staff maintains it well. Work orders are taken care of promptly, the staff is very professional and friendly. It needs more in the way for disabled access, the laundy room presents a formidable challenge for one in a wheelchair and there are 2 accessible units and parking is decent. The neighborhood is not the greatest or the worst. Overall I would recommend this complex to someone looking for a reasonable priced place to rent.
