Over the past year this place has gone down. We knew it wasnt the greatest of area's when we moved in. We used to feel safe within our complex. However, once the previous management was replaced the place went down quick. Now we have to deal with load music, police in and out all of the time, garbage all over...not to mention the apartments with about 15 people and cars to go with them. If you havent parked your second car by sun down...forget it! The family atmosphere is gone..time to move!

Not to mention that you have to share your hot water with the downstairs/upstairs neighbors (one small tank two apartments) and when there are 6 people in your neighbors apartment and only two in yours you can guess who gets all the hot water...NOT YOU! I certainly don't get any in the morning. I have had to get really good at 7 minute showers because you start running out of warm water at 5 minutes.

I have my own hot water heater in my apartment at Lansdowne House.
