I have been here since last July and cannot wait until I can find something better in my cost range.

When I first came here I thought it was a nice complex. The managment seemed to be on top of things, the apartments, though old were nice and appeared well maintained. I moved in because it was in the range for housing assistance and I was desprite.

However, the windows aren't secure, the doors are not secure and are not weatherized well, the pipes moan & groan and the bathroom lights have to think about it a minute before coming on.

The walls are thin and if you don't appreciate heavy bass being pumped through your walls, and in my case floor, and if you don't mind opening your windows to let the air in and end up letting the bass from all the neighbors car and home stereos, you'll be right at home.

If you don't mind sweltering heat as these apartment become little ovens in warm weather(they aren't bad in cold weather if you don't mind it on the cold side-be prepared to clear your own walkways of ice and snow)... having total strangers knock on your doors all hours of the evening asking if you speak Spanish, kids playing unsafely all through parking and driving areas unsupervised....People throwing their trash everywhere but their own trash cans...being kept awake until 3AM any night of the week by the noisy neighbors or woke out of a dead sleep at 1AM by the neighbors stereo, or 4 AM by neighbors honking their car horns outside your window picking up their carpools... then this place is for you.

The pool near the office is nicely maintained and monitored, the pool on the other side is less maintained and more dangerous actions go on over there.

If you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live where your car won't be marred by the neighbor kids playing around them, a place where your children can play outside safely and you feel safe in your apartment, a place where your concerns or complaints are promptly responded to....then this isn't your place.
