Trash every where on the weekends poor management skills(spanic girl)

I was force to move here in a hurry and everything looked nice at first.
I was told that only one parking was assigned to me but visitors parkings are always available. But that was not true there are cars every where without a licence plates sitting in the visitors parking for months. The residents are always noisy, the pool is very dirty specialy on the weekends. The kids are always on the roof of the laundry facility. Managment are discriminating some tenant are allow to do certain thing and others don't. I'm very disappointed can't wait to find another place to live.
