Not sure what is more disturbing--the several murders (yes murders) that have taken place at this property or the unethical business practices of the management. I would advise not to rent at this property with current management.

The management is very rude and read your lease because you think they are typing one thing ande they sneak things in and I would advise you to walk around the whole property because they dont keep the stairs clean except where the model apts are. It is sad because it is a great location too bad they cant utilize your rent and clean the grounds when you do voice your suggestions and concerns they are very rude. Just troll thru and talk to a few tenants.

I have to disagree with this review. I have lived here for three years now, and the staff has always given me superb cutomer service. They have never been rude, they are sweethearts. The grounds look great and its very quiet. I have referred many people here and they agree that the staff is very professional and sweet. I am prod to recommend the Marina Village to anyone who is looking for a place where the management really cares about your living needs not just your moving needs.

I strongly agree with this review. The management is not rude and the stairways are filthy. I am also pretty sure that the neighbor across from me is a drug dealer because people are always in and out of his apartment. If they can let people like him inside.. who knows what kind of other people they let in. Once my lease is done i am moving as far away as possible. plus the gates are always open anyone from the street can just walk right in.
