Marina Village Apartments is NOT where you want to go if you are a full time student. AND since no one gave me this important advice, my fiance and I filled out the applications and handed -------- our down payment and our credit check fee. Little did I know that -------- is a complete WITCH minus the W and add a B. She quickly noticed that I was not employed and she automatically wrote an extra fee as a down payment on the application. She made me feel so little just because I wanted to focus all of my energy into my schooling. NEWS FLASH --------: Becoming a nurse is much more rewarding than becoming a rude, unforgiving, single mother who lives with her boyfriend and who is NOT by the way the father of her child. My fiance makes MORE THAN three times their asking price on the apartment and she would not let me be the main name on the lease JUST BECAUSE I am ambitious in life and I did not want to be a 40-year-old WITCH who says yay or nay to deserving couples. Who ever hired you should probably quickly fire you. There was ABSOLUTELY no point in belittling someone for your own amusement. Granted I may have put you down on this review BUT seriously if you are in a professional environment and your colleagues are in the next room it is probably not best to belittle your future clients. Specially if they have direct access to the internet and she happens to go to a university where most likely other students are looking for places to live. I will be sure to tell them that THE GATES ARE OPEN ALL THE TIME AND HAVING "GATED COMMUNITY" as a perk is loosely used, I will also have to tell them that THERE ARE MORE THAN TEN REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS WITHIN A ONE MILE RADIUS of your apartment complex, did i also happen to mention that in the past two months ACCORDING TO NEWS CHANNEL FOUR THERE HAVE BEEN SEVEN REPORTED ATTACKS, three sexual, two robberies, and two gang fights. I have lived here since they opened and the staff here has always been very professional and respectable since the day I rented. I have reffered alot of poeple here and all of them said nothing but great things about the employees including the maintenance guys. I have to agree that the only way you could be so cruel about this person is just because you did not qualify to live here. Declining you means that the staff is doing a great job weeding out the bad renters. I recommend this Community to anyone who wants to live in a frendly oriented community. I am gald you are not my neighbor!! Thank you Marina Village!

I have to say that I go to UNR and have two roomates. We all got approved to live here and non of us have jobs. They allowed our big dog too. "That employee" did wonders for us at the last minute. She took her time with us and she stayed after the office had closed just to show us the model. We got in a bind at the last minute and she was so happy to help us. She noticed right away that we had no jobs and right away asked us if we could pay an additional deposit. If you had read the qualification process, you would have known that they ask EVERYONE for an addtional deposit if they dont qualify. She went above and beyond for us not only by providing us with great service, but also by making sure we were happy with our location. The gates have worked the whole time we've lived here and our neighbors are perfect. I tell every one I know about the service here. I think you're lying about her son because I saw them at the office once and her borfriend looks like her sons' clone. Just look at them and you'll know and how is she single if she lives her boyfriend the father of her child? You're a typical college drama girl that must be so insecure that you had to write about her. It's people like you who end up raped, beaten, and robbed. Or just simply miserable. I'm 23 but If I look like her when I turn 40 Then I would consider myself blessed. She gorgouse. This locations is perfect, the grounds are clean and the emploees know what they are doing because their service is is CARING about our needs.
