UPDATED 11/19/07

Still only a few issues three months after moving in.


My only compaints are:
1) The neighborhood kids are unruly and unsupervised. They have been caught throwing rocks at cars (and using slingshots) and basically running around getting into all kinds of trouble. Their parents need to act more like parents.
2) People don't clean up after their dogs, so you can't really walk anywhere in the grass on the property, which is a shame as there is a lot of nice looking grass everywhere.
3) Idiots driving by on El Rancho with their stereos going BOOOOOOOOMMM BOOOOOOOMMMM BOOOOOOOMMMMM at 3 am.
4) NEW*** Some of our neighbors are less than desireable characters. There are a few wrecked cars littered around the property, and on several occaisons I have witnessed my neighbor get in his car, drink from a liqour bottle, and drive off (the Sparks PD is useless to help with this).
5) NEW*** We just moved out after nearly a year here and I have to say that the property managers have made huge strides in cleaning this place up. The property is looking better every day now that someone has begun taking care of the trash, shopping carts, etc. They moved a bunch of the unruly tenants out and the neighborhood is now quite pleasant. The management team is wonderful and they are always very eager to help!
Other than that, it's a bargain.
