I lived here for a year. The owners need to invest MORE money into this property. It needs to be gated! Propertys tend to be as good as the on site managers and Sierra Woods is no exception. They had an excellant manager when I lived there. I can not use their names but they really cared about people but could only do as much as the owners allowed. They were fair and honest. They tried to get a neighborhood watch going and inspected apartments and grounds professionally. I left shortly after they did. I just couldn't see that sierra Woods would be the same with the new management.
When renting any apartment, use your interveiw with the managers to get to know them.
