This apartment community has gone down hill, it was nice when I moved in 2 years ago. But not anymore...There is constant noise, from all of the children, everyone must be on some sort of housing, the rent is expensive totally not worth it..There is one drawer in the kitchen, no closet space...nothing is close...Management will never take care of a problem like no heat or a/c, it took 2 weeks for my window to get replaced after some RAT hit it with a ball. You cannot place anything on your patio...It's like living with your parents always nagging you except you have to pay.

This person must have some personal issues if he is calling some kid just trying to have fun a rat and if he really thinks it is this bad then he needs to move. The property has been taken over by new management and they have done alot to improve the property such as painting, repaving, fixing security gates, lowering rents, and I enjoy living here. What I like about this community is it is quite and family friendly.

I agree with the original author. I lived here for approx 2 years, back when it was still fairly new. When I left, things were starting to go down hill. There was a massive influx of kids, and ALL of these kids had nothing better to do than throw rocks in the parking lot, maybe hitting cars in the process. If a kid, YOUR kid, does this... then YES, HE IS A RAT! I'm glad I got out when I did, as the new tenants coming into this place were on the bottom of the food chain.

The original poster had every right to call to call the kid a "rat" kiki--he threw a ball at his window (probably on purpose), broke it, and caused the author a lot of hassle and problems. I would be using worse names than that. I guess the obnoxious un-parented delinquent brats who throw rocks at cars and such are just trying to "have fun" too. I am so sick of people allowing/defending destructive and bratty kids who run wild everywhere---if it was my kid he'd be paying for it out of his allowance for months.

ok i will repost something else now they are raising the rent to 965.00 for what!!!!! no working gates nothing management sux ive been waiting for 2 months to have my water pressure fixed and kiki there are kids in her that are rats i have had them throw rocks at me as im driving by so i would not recommend anyone move in here
