Its not safe for a single female, manager not helpful at all. When you move out they hold your deposit and WILL NOT get any of it back. They find some much wrong that was already there. Not worth the time or money. You can hear your neighbors without a problem and nothing management will do. Its your problem not theres.
Rent was always on time yet they could never post it to my account and I received MANY notices saying I was late and being sued.
laundry room is horible,never cleaned.

ITS STILL A COUNTRY CLUB COMPARED TO THAT FILTHY DUMP BOULDER CREEK DOWN THE STREET! ATLEAST YOU DON'T HAVE A SACK OF BABY DIAPERS BY YOUR FRONT DOOR AND YOU MANAGER WAS SOBER! WHEN YOUR MAINTANCE MAN COMES OVER DOES HE SMELL LIKE WEED? MINE DID! THERE WAS SOMEONE TAKING A CRAP IN MY HALLWAY WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME TO PICK IT UP!I WISHED I LIVED WHERE YOU LIVED IN THE NAME OF ALL THATS HOLY STAY AWAY FROM BOULDER CREEK!!!
