dont rent from these people - First off. The apartment buildings are falling to pieces and the owners refuse to put any money back into the complex. Paper thin walls as well. I had a giant hole come through the roof of my bedroom allowing water to pour in destroying my mattress. They have a washer and dryer room for the complex to share but have the dryers set so that it takes two full dry cycles to dry your clothes costing ...Full review of Nevada Royale Apartments
