don't move here, i agree with the person, who wrote the other reveiw....i would like to add a couple of things .....the kitchen is really tiny, parking sucks even if u have a parking permit....this place just sucks....

i totally agree! parking is such an issue. they should have designated spots. they over charge the rent as well. and the lawn mowing guys are horrible! it seems that the come way too often, and create so much noise when i want to study or sleep in. the basement is unusable, and it floods once in a while.... so you cant use it for storage space. the apartment is too small as well, for the amount of rent. i also hate the "package deal" where the internet and the cable TV is included in the rent. the internet is too slow.

I wish I knew how many other people were miserable as I would have mailed out a petition to complain. I moved in January of 08 and just broke my lease this month July 08. Absolutely horrible experience. Parking does suck but that was the least of my problems as I came home one night to find my white trash neighbors fighting in the parking lot yet again only this time the police showed up. I called the office manager the next day and she did nothing about it. I called the police myself and found out he was arrested for attempted burglary, which scared the hell out of me since I came home weekly to find my back screen door opened. I was treated to a round of July 4th fireworks after the holiday in the parking lot next to all of our cars. I've had drunk people hang out on my back steps making me feel trapped in my apartment for fear of having to deal with them. There is no security at all, there is no laundry facility or pool facility, yet the rent is higher there than other places where no crime has taken place. This place sucks and I'm so glad to be out of there before something really terrible happened to me. Definitely suspect drug dealing as well. So far the lazy office manager has not hounded me for my termination fee which is ridiculous 2 months rent plus losing the security deposit, probably because she knows I will take them to court and win. If you are a single woman, please do not move into this complex. When I spoke to the police department about my neighbor, they told me it was a bad area and that they are familiar with it. There are cheaper and safer places to live. I am making it my mission to post on as many review sites as possible to warn others about moving into that dump.
