I am currently a tenant who wants out of lease.

There is no insulation.

Walls made up of concrete blocks with fifty years of paint, including lead.

No drywalls in place.

Winters are horrible.

You can feel the cold air coming in, and your money going to heating costs.

There is no sound barrier between townhouses.

I can hear my neighbor urinating next door.

A bunch of noisy neighbors that are EXTREMELY inconsiderate.

Management won't intervene.

Says so on the lease.

They're useless.

Windows are considered new, but doesn't lock.

Back door is old and leaks cold air in winter.

I had to pay $350 for pet security and additional $25 per month.

Basement floods when it rains.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, except my enemy.

I lived at Adams Park in 2005-06 and I am sooo glad that I am gone. I totally agree with everything that you mentioned! I heard my neighbors urinating too. There is no privacy whatsoever. The insulation was horrible and my apt. had an odor of neighbors cigarettes ( I don't smoke). I was so happy to leave!! Good luck!
