VERY old houses, plenty of roaches, rotten windows etc.
The apartment complex is right next to NY State 85 highway, so you will not be able to sleep without very good earplugs.
Room temperature is impossible to control. In winter when wind blows in your windows you have 55F in your room, when not - you have 90F. They just waste your money.
People from the room next door were growing hemp. At night they illuminated it for better growing. That looks like a shopwindow with a bunch of that stuff!
Do you want that apartment handyman to sexually harass you' If you do - go to Campus View to live.
