New management' who are they' They took over like 5 months ago. I've never seen them. A lot of the tenants they were living here for a long time moved already due to the increase of the rent from $480 they bumped it up to $750.Crazy'New management did you take a look around before you raised the prices' It is just horrible. We cant even walk in the laundry room anymore thats how dirty it is .The dryer broke like a month ago.its still broken.Nobody in the office.If you have a question, you can call the executive office,nobody will answer but you can leave a message. I left a message two weeks ago. I am still waiting for an answer.The apartments are extremely small the only reason why we moved here was because it was affordobale.Do they think that for $750 people would stay here or move to a better location with more amenities. Smart.Keep raising the prices New Owner and make sure not to provide anything in return to the tenants because this is how business is done.
