Simple! I wouldn't add more to this review site. Even after reading all (except the one hoax) the comments below, if you move in, just tell yourself that you are a fool, fool, and fool.

The property manager is arrogant as hell, the maintenance people do not care about the noise they make, they do not remove snow expeditiously, the laundry rooms are filthy, etc. Just don't move in. They just jack up the rents without doing much.
