Con's
-The parking is horrendus its takes FOREVER to get on the list for their parking, which you have to pay for. Seiously I was there for 3 years and they never called me for the parking!!!

- If you move in DON'T park at the back of the building many people got their cars broken into or hit, managment won't help you with cost or damages because they say it is not their fault nor will they put you on the top of the parking list because you are not priority

- The security guard at the front is unprofessional because if he thinks your cool or know you and you dont live in the building he will let you in- also it is not 24 hour like they say.

-Not the best neighborhood- I mean, people may be loud sometimes or hanging outside in front of the building- Also if the neighbors are fighting or having loud sex above you, you can hear them clearly!

-Sometimes in the winter they turn the heat down so low in the evening where you are freezing- get a heater because they dont turn it up until alot of tenants start to complain.

- There is no centralized AC so if you dont buy yourself an air conditioner (there are ports to put one in) you will burn up in the summer. You have to get a very high BTU's- if you get like 15,000 it does nothing at all.

- Staff turn over is extremely high- everytime I went to the rent office there were a different set of staff- I thought I was in a different building. Beware, Some can be very, very rude and unprofessional.

-The new washer and dryer are nice but they have this system where you have to dry at 1 dollar to start and the dryers dont dry well at all. You might spend 5 dollars to dry when if you were to go to a regular place to dry your clothes which starts at 1 quarter to start it would cost you 1 dollar. Dont worry if you move in Albany laundry center which is WAYYY better is right down the street

-the prices shown Studio for $575,1 Bedroom for $599 and 2 Bedroom from $799 are not true unless you have some sort of substidy or section 8. My one bedroom was 750
