I live there while it was Cental Towers from 2002-2006. When I moved in the place was still run ok, strict. Over that time it seems the strictness got lacked. I moved out while they where in transition to Capitol Green.

It took me OVER a year to get my security deposit back. The office staff lacks attention.

They either let go of/or/the they quit. The old maintanence staff. The original guys where ok. I'm not sure how the office staff is now with requests but the old crowd used to 'misplace' them.

Can you say ROACHES!! Just becuase they facelifted the place .. doesn't mean they evicted the insect population. I'm a clean person, my wife is a clean freak. Yet we still had roaches. The exterminator would come around which I think the stuff he was using actual was making the roaches multiply instead of diminish.

Parking and people. Granted there are some nice people there, there are also some really triffling people too. Alot don't care about respect, nor do there children for you or your property. Parking goes for the same. Got a new car in 2005 and didn't have it for a week and somebody skimmed my bumper. I even parked on the far side of Bradford St. (a long walk to the enterance). MOST OF THE PEOPLE THERE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOT EVEN ON A HUMAN LEVEL!

Another thing is if you found this from refering to the Capital Region Renter Guide they neglect to tell you that Capitol Green is an income base housing outfit. So, if you make more then 28,000/yr be set for denial.
