seriously, they apartments are decent, but rent hikes are anywhere from $25 to $100 a year, no warning given. the property changes hands often, the books are not in order, they dont tell you about late fees until months later, when you think thats behind you
maintainence - mike is a good guy, but most fixes through the office are done shoddily and slowly, and with weak replacement parts, leaving mike little option but to make do with what he has been given - typically very little.

do not move in here. seriously. go lvie somewhere else. all these buildings should be demolished. as we speak, the crack in my apartment that extends from end to end leads me to believe that sooner, rather than later, the front of my apartment will fall off
