I have a small gas grill that came up missing one day. My neighbor and I looked around a little and we found my grill where the maintenance guys hang out. (they whistle and yell things at females who walk by) I called the office lady and she said "oh why would they take your grill'" I said I don t know why did they' There was no reason for them to move it. Then a few days later one of the maintenance guys and I spoke and he said "why did you tell them we took your grill'" I said it was next to your maintenance hut. He told me that he had to move it so the lawn mower would go around it. I said well maybe you could have put it on the porch which was 3 ft. away, not the hut that around the corner, down the driveway, and across the street.
The next day, my 2 1/2 ft. jade plant that I've had for 5 years disappeared off my porch. I like living there, it's peaceful, and the neighbors are nice, but I don't even want to call to have anything fixed because they only come when I am at work, and I am not taking a few days off from work so I can sit there and baby-sit them whenever they decide to show up.
You are supposed to get one parking spot per apt. but that is not even close. Plan on parking on the street a few times a week. The basement floods in spring and in the summer because the a/c water is directed into a hole in the floor that doesn't drain. The walls are thin. Some of the neighbors who were placed there and get government money are kind of sketchy.
