I have lived for 1 year, pretty satisfied. The snow was removed just the next day after storms. The structure is old so sometimes you can hear your neighbours. You get what you paid for. The manager is very responsible indeed. I told him our neighbour fight until late night, he deals with them immediately.
Perfect for SUNY student without a car, since its right on bus line.
