I lived there for fifteen years. The first twelve were really good. Then a new manager came on board and it went downhill REALLY FAST.

Had at least ten or more people living upstairs together and noisy. They were removed, but then the students came. Same problem. Noisy. Noise problems never addressed by landlord. Repairs stopped all together unless you called the authorities and even then they didn't finish, we had hole in ceiling of bath from leaks upstairs for six months. Never finished fixing all the cracks or water damaged done in between walls multiple overflows of upstairs toilet. Gross.

All the good tenants are moving out replaced by students who don't care if anything is fixed and cause all the noise problems. It went from a very nice apartment complex to a complete dump in a matter of three or four years.
